The Art of Mindful Weight Loss is a patient education course facilitated by Lauren Archer, author of Six Word Lessons on Changing Habits: How to Stop Self-Sabotage and Gain Self-Mastery.  As the Mindfulness Program Director for Sound Medical Weight Loss, Lauren has synthesized research from a variety of coaching disciplines, including NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), HeartMath(R), Cognitive Behavior Coaching, Sports Psychology and Hypnotherapy.
